Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! Please email hello@withgrey.com within one week of delivery confirmation to arrange for a return of unwanted items. Due to hygienic reasons, all earrings are final sale. All sale items, discounted items and custom made items are final sale. You may return the unworn item(s) for a full refund or shop credit excluding shipping fees. Kindly note, return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Accepted returns are at our discretion.
We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage of items once the order is with postal services. If your order is lost, please inquire with Canada Post first about its status. If an order has been determined to be lost or arrives damaged from transit, please contact us for next steps. For damaged items, send an email including photos of the damaged items to hello@withgrey.com within one week of delivery confirmation.
Life happens! If an item breaks from wear and tear, we will do our best to come up with a solution to repair the item, if possible. Shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Fees to cover labour and materials may apply.
Shipping
Standard processing time of orders is three business days. Please allow up to five business days to fulfill any orders that include handmade pieces such as our Pearl Collection. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is fulfilled. All orders are shipped with Canada Post by traceable mail with the exception of standard US and international orders, and those shipped with the Untracked/Uninsured shipping rate.
FREE tracked worldwide shipping on all orders over $150cdn (exc. taxes).
Domestic Shipping Rates
Untracked / Uninsured $3 | Only applicable on domestic orders of 2 or less items
Orders not meeting these requirements will be cancelled and refunded.
Standard $12 | includes $100 insurance and online tracking | 3-9 business days
Express $24 | includes $100 insurance and online tracking | 2-4 business days

US & International Shipping Rates
Standard shipping for all US and international orders is via tracked ground delivery. Note, tracked ground shipping can take up to 2-6 weeks for delivery. To the United States, orders usually are delivered within 7-10 business days. Customers are responsible for any duties owing.
